We understand that this is a difficult time for you and we express our sincerest condolences. We are honored to serve your family.

You should receive a phone call from one of our arrangement counselors very shortly. On this call we will share with you our offerings, determine your needs and help you to select an appropriate package. Our services are affordable and are made available at your convenience – either in person or electronically via phone and email. We assist with all of the details, filing with the Social Security Administration, submitting death certificate paperwork and help coordinating Veterans benefits.

Information you may need to provide:

  • Next of kin name, phone number and relationship to the deceased.
  • Specific information about the location of the deceased, such as address and whether it is a residence or a facility.
  • Details about the deceased for the death certificate.
  • Any special circumstances – facilities, gated communities, stairs

NOTE: Prior to transfer into our care, we must speak with a person of authority, i.e. – police, hospice, nursing supervisor.
